She has experience with scalp and hair ailments, hair loss, and product formulation. Her background consists of a Doctorate of Pharmacy degree, a Bachelors degree in Plant Science and Biotechnology, and a Master of Cosmetology Diploma. In addition, she has her Certificate in Cosmetic Product Formulation, Functional Nutrition, Functional Medicine, and Caribbean Herbalism. Cancellation Policy
As everyone’s time is valuable, I charge 35% cancellation fee off the service(s) chosen for any no-shows and 25% cancellation fee if canceled less than 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. All late appointments (which is 15 minutes late), will consist of the client losing their deposit, a canceled appointment, and would need to re-schedule the appointment. After 2 no shows the client will not be able to re-book for services. Things come up and life happens which is understandable. However, the policy is set to ensure that both parties’ time are respected.
